NuTech Powder Coaters use a five-stage pretreatment system provided by Chemetall Oakite (a world-leader in specialty chemistry for ferrous and non-ferrous metal pretreatment). Chemetall provides the following pretreatment system: · Step One:   Clean/Detox · Step Two:   Rinse · Step Three: Phosphate · Step Four:   Reverse Osmosis Rinse · Step Five:   Dry-in-place Conversion Coat Material Preparation – All materials undergo a thorough multi-stage cleaning and pretreatment process to remove organic and inorganic surface oils and residual oxides. A conversion coat is applied to provide the ideal adhesion surface and corrosion resistance.
